Q. Am I eligible to get my Covid-19 Vaccination?
Georgia eligibility is open for everyone 16 years of age and older for the COVID vaccine.

Q. When will I receive my second shot? Can I receive my second shot at a different location?
You will be able to schedule an appointment for your second shot after you have completed your initial appointment.
If you received your first dose of the Moderna Vaccine at another location, you should make sure that you schedule your second shot at least 28 days after receiving your first dose.
Q. In Georgia, persons 16 years of age or older will be eligible for the vaccine. Do I qualify?
The Moderna and J&J Vaccination are approved for 18 years and older. J&J: Following the FDA and CDC's guidance, Georgia is pausing ALL J&J vaccinations until further notice.

Q. When I arrive for my appointment?
When you arrive, please follow the signs to check-in. You will be checked in and given further directions for vaccination. Please be prepared to remain in our observation area for 15-30 minutes after you receive the vaccine.
Q. Will, I have to pay for the vaccine?
There will be no charge for the vaccine. We will bill your insurance for the administration fee. If you do not have insurance, you will still receive the vaccine at no cost.
